2022 Fall Update

The blistering heat is finally behind us and we are excited about the cool breezes, colorful leaves, and smiling faces. But this summer, the staff at Tres Rios worked really hard to create only the best experiences for our guests. From pool games, ice cream socials, and lots of indoor activities that the whole family could enjoy, this summer was definitely one for the history books!

Complete with several dad jokes (Ex: What do you call a hen looking at lettuce? Chicken Caesar (sees a) Salad), we celebrated all of our dads at the “Father’s Day Weekend” in June. In July, we celebrated Independence Day with water slides, a watermelon eating contest and, of course, s’mores. We had multiple “Pirate Weekends” throughout the summer, and while we didn’t make anyone walk the plank, swashbucklers and hearties could come and find some buried treasure! And if pirates weren’t your cup of tea, we wrapped up our summer with “Cowboys and Campfires”, where guests experienced a rootin’-tootin’ good time with a nerf gun competition, pool time and icy snow cones.

We worked hard here at Tres Rios to finish the renovations to our dog park, and our four-legged friends couldn’t be more excited! And for our human friends, the staff also worked hard to upgrade the electric capacity on several rows of RV spots throughout the resort.

We have so much planned for the next few months to help you enjoy this fall season. After the Labor Day celebrations, we want our guests to experience something a little different. We’re hosting our own “Oktoberfest”! Bring the family and enjoy everything that Oktoberfest has to offer from the comfort of your RV. Afterwards, we’re having our “My Grass is Blue Weekend”, where you can experience fantastic Bluegrass music all weekend. Ending the season, we’re letting our spooky side come out during our “Halloween Harvest Festival” at the end of October.

Tres Rios is preparing for fall the best way it knows how; by bringing our guests all the fun, food, festivities, and friendship anyone could ask for. So, pack your bags because you won’t want to miss out!
